黄须菜籽经有机溶剂抽提出油率为 38% ,气相色谱法测定脂肪酸的组成为 :w(棕榈酸 ) =6 .11%、w(棕榈油酸 ) =1.18%、w(硬脂酸 ) =1.47%、w(油酸 ) =13.19%、w(亚油酸 ) =71.99%、w(亚麻酸 ) =5 .45 % ,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高 ,占脂肪酸总质量的 92 .8%。毛油中w(β +γ VE) =0 .0 2 % ,w(磷脂 ) =0 .5 5 7%。饼粕中w(灰分 ) =8.95 7% ,w(总氮 ) =2 .794%。黄须菜籽油可以作为医疗保健。
Fatty acids of Suaeda Sulsa seed oil were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography. There are six fatty acids, which are palmitic acid (6.11%), palmitoleic acid (1.18%), stearic acid (1.47%), oleic acid (13.19%), linoleic acid (71.99%) and linolenic acid (5.45%). Moreover, the content of (β + γ) vitamin E and phospholipid are 0.02% and 0.557% respectively. The oil dregs have 8.957% of ash content and 2.794% of gross nitrogen. The fatty acids are of high value in food and pharmaceutical industries as health care food, and can be developed and used comprehensively.
