摘要
本文阐述加入WTO后的形势,以及第二次创业的关键是提高革、鞋、件的质量,从而使我国从皮革大国跃升为皮革强国。由此,最基础的工作,即是提高原料皮的质量。
In this article, the author discuss the situation of China after entry WTO,and point out the key for the second undertaking of china leather industryis improving qualitty of leather: shoes and goods, so that change Chinafrom leather big country to strong country. To reach this goal, the basicwork is to improve quality of cattle hide.
