摘要
综述国内外水利水电施工进度优化和不确定性研究的现状 ;指出在考虑施工活动持续时间不确定的条件下 ,开展施工网络进度计划和优化研究 ,具有实际意义 ;在水利水电施工进度风险一定的条件下 ,尽可能推迟每一工作的开始时间 。
The current research on optimization and uncertainty of construction schedule for hydropower projects is reviewed in this paper. The research on risks and optimization of the construction network program is of significance when the lasting time of the construction is uncertain. It is also pointed out that postponing the beginning of projects as later as possible may help save project investments or costs if the risks of the construction progresses are known.
