摘要
本文初步探讨在 FPSO开发中引入并行工程的概念。本文作者针对 FPSO设计管理实际工作中遇到的几个突出问题 ,进行了分析和思考 ,发现传统的设计程序和管理模式与 FPSO开发设计工作的特性不相协调 ,其结果是 :虽然大家都在努力工作 ,但效果仍不令人满意。本文试图用并行工程概念为设计管理模式的改革提出一种肤浅的设想。
The application of concurrent engineering concept in the development of FPSO is presented in this paper. Through analyzing a number of stressed problems met in design management of FPSO, the author found that the traditional design procedure and management mode were not compatible with the features of FPSO development and design. This led to unsatisfied result although every staff of the design group worked hard. The paper try to introduce a preliminary idea of using concurrent engineering concept to change the design management mode.
