摘要
采用透射电镜和X射线研究了快凝Al Fe V Si Nd纳米晶合金薄带在超短电脉冲过程中 ,其内部微结构变化 ,并与等温退火处理结果相比较·结果表明 :超短电脉冲处理试样的相转变温度降低了 10 0℃ ,并且相转变后的第二相颗粒尺寸减小很多·这与非晶合金经超短电脉冲处理后晶化温度降低及晶粒细化的现象相一致·
TEM and X ray were used to study the microstructure variation of RS Al Fe V Si Nd nanocrystalline alloy ribbon by extra short pulses, and the results were compared with that gotten by isothermal annealing.Compared with isothermal annealing, the temperature of phase transformation by extra short pulse treatment decreases by 100?℃ and the size of nanoscale particle are minished. These are accord with those obtained by extra short pulse for amorphous alloy.
