摘要
研究了碳热还原法低温合成SiC粉末。对SiC-C系统进行了热力学分析以 指导合成工艺。研究了合成温度、保温时间、SiO2/C配比等对合成SiC粉末的影响, 并对合成的SiC粉末的成型性能和烧结性能进行了研究,在此基础上制定出较为合 理的合成工艺制度。由此制得晶粒尺寸约为0.1μm,二次粒径小于0.5μm的烧结性 能较佳的β-SiC粉末。
We do a research into the low - temperature - synthesizing SiC powder by carbon- heating dioxidizing method and doing a thermodynamic analysis in order to guide the synthesis process. We do a look into the effect of synthesis temperature, the temperature - keeping time and the Sio2/C's preparation ratio on synthesized SiC powder. In the mean time, we study the synthesized SiC powder’s moulding and sintering performance. On a basis of the above, we lay down a relatively reasonable synthesizing rules and regulations. Thereby, we obtain the β- SiC Powder which has the better sintering property and whose crystal - particle size is about 0. 1μm as well as the quadric crystal - particle size is less than 0. 5μm.
