摘要
当前 ,家庭联产承包责任制存在诸多问题 ,农业产业化势在必行。为此 ,必须积极稳妥地推进农村土地制度发展 ,进一步改革农村金融组织 ,以改变目前远不适应农业产业化发展需要的局面。
At present, a lot of problems have arisen in the household contract responsibility system and an implementation of agricultural industrialization is inevitable. Therefore, a reform on the rural land system should be undertaken vigorously and steadily and a reform on the rural financial institutions be deepened in order to improve the current situation which is not in harmony with the requirement of the agricultural industrialization.
