摘要
介绍了如何解决在椭球面上实施海域精确划界所涉及的几个关键问题 ,包括领海基线的准确描绘 ,领海基线平行线的精密展绘 ,等比例线的确定等。其中对领海基线平行线的精密展绘作了重点介绍 ,首次提出了任意大地线的平行线概念 ,并给出了工程上简单可行的求解方法。
The solutions to some key problems of accurately delimitating sea area boundary on the ellipsoid are produced in this paper. They are: ①accurately describing the baseline of marginal sea ;②accurately describing the parallel line of baseline of marginal sea; and ③determining the equiratio line. In which the problem of how to accurately describe the parallel line of baseline of marginal sea is laid special stress on. The concept of parallel line of geodesics is first mentioned in this paper and an engineering method to describe it is given.
