摘要
对昆明市居民十种过敏性疾病的螨因素过敏情况进行了流行病学调查 ,按照单位整群抽样的方法抽取 5 4 0名在昆明市住满 2年以上的居民 ,对其进行问卷调查粉尘螨与户尘螨浸液皮肤点刺实验。结果表明昆明市地区居民户尘螨和粉尘螨浸液皮肤点刺实验的总阳性率分别为 12 .2 2 %和 11.2 9% ,在同一疾病被调查人群的阳性率比较接近 ,检测分析了风团皮试的反应均值及风团等级在几种疾病的分布频率。研究结果表明户尘螨与粉尘螨在昆明是主要的致病螨种 ,该地区居民总户尘螨浸液皮肤点刺实验的阳性率略高于粉尘螨。
A questionnaire survey and skin prick test were conducted among 540 people selected randomly from work unites in Kunming residents to investigate anaphylaxis affected by two Dermatophagoides mite species, Dermatophagoides farinae (Df) and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(Dp). The results demonstrated that the prevalence of ten kinds of anaphylaxis with positive skin test reaction to extraction of Df and Dp were 11.29% and 12.22% respectively, the latter was higher. For the same anaphylaxis, positive reaction rate to Df and Dp extraction was very close. The weal values and grade reaction to the two extractions, from above anaphylaxis are presented in this paper. In the conclusion, the Dp and Df are two very important Dermatophagoides species related to anaphylaxis in the residents of Kunming.
