丹参成分Magnesium lithospermate B对大鼠急性肾衰竭治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨丹参成分MagnesiumlithospermateB对急性肾衰竭大鼠的治疗作用及其可能机理。 方法 :采用双侧大腿肌肉注射 5 0 %甘油造成的急性肾衰竭大鼠模型。观察MagnesiumlithospermateB对此模型肾功能的改善作用 ,并分析肾组织中活性氧清除酶类的改变。结果 :二组不同剂量治疗组的血清尿素氮、肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、血钾、尿渗透压、尿糖、钠排泄分数以及肾组织丙二醛、超氧化物岐化酶、过氧化氢酶的改变均较模型组为轻。结论 :MagnesiumlithospermateB对甘油所致急性肾衰竭大鼠有治疗作用 ,作用机制可能与其改善肾组织活性氧清除酶活性有关。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutical effect and possible mechanism of Dan Shen ingredient magnesium lithospermate B on acute renal failure in rats.Methods:Model of rats acute renal failure was created by injecting 50% glycerine into muscles of both thighs. Renal function and oxygen radical scavenger enzymes in renal tissues were studind.Results:In two treated groups with different doses, blood urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine slearance, potassium,urinary osmotic pressure, excretory fraction of glucose and sodium as well as malondiadehyde,superoxide diamutase (SOD),catalase in renal tissures were much better than those in model group.Conclusion:Magnesium lithospermate B has therapeutic effect on rat acute renal failure indeuced by glycerine,probably related to improved activity of oxygen radical scavenger enzymes in the kidney.
