摘要
DATCD—A抑制RNA水解酶活性,提高RNA合成速率,诱导离体黄瓜子叶中与RNA基因达相关的poly(A)RNA含量的增加,并增加总RNA的含量。
DATCD-A suppressed RNase activity, accelerated the rate of RNAsynthesis. caused the increase of content of poly(A )-RNA related to thegene expressions in excised cucumber cotyledons. Possibly, DATCD-A haseffects of regulations at the level of transcription and translation, increasingthe content of total RNA.
