摘要
本文研究了铜与5—B,—PADAT在pH=3.8—4.6时形成紫红色络合物,其K_稳=7.2×10~5,ε_(546)=5.6×10~4,方法灵敏,选择性较高,重视性好。该法已用于白云岩、铜矿石及氯化渣中铜的测定均获得了满意结果。
In buffer solution of formate in the range of pH 3.8-4.6, copperforms a purple complex with 5- [(5-Bromo-2-pyridyl)-azo] -2, 4-diaminotolune(5-Br-PADAT). The ratio of Cu^(2+) to 5-Br-PADAT is 1: 1.Maximum absorption of the complex is at 546nm, and the molarabsorptivity 5.6×10~4, Beer's Law is obeyed over the range 0 to 30μg·25mL^(-1). This method is simple, sensitive, rapid and selective. It has beensuccessfully applied to the determination of Cu^(2+) in ores and chlorinationslag.
