摘要
目的 寻求对岛状皮瓣阻断静脉回流致缺血再灌注损伤的有效保护药物。方法 采用大鼠岛状皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察治疗组与对照组皮瓣成活率、组织形态学改变。结果 对照组静脉阻断 8h皮瓣大部分坏死 ,而地塞米松治疗组则可明显延长皮瓣耐受静脉阻断时间 ,再灌注 8h内给药均可起良好的保护性作用。地塞米松 5mg kg保护效果最佳 ,再增加剂量并不能进一步提高皮瓣保护效果。结论 地塞米松对阻断皮瓣静脉回流所致的岛状皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤有良好的保护性作用。
Objective To find an effective way to protect island flap ischemic|reperfusion injury. Methods An island ischemic|reperfusion injury flap model was created to observe the differences of flap survival rates and histopathological changes between the dexamethasone treatment group and the control group. Results The flap necrosed mostly with venous occlusion for 8 hours in the control group. Dexamethasone could increase flap endurance to venous occlusion, and had good protection within 8 hours reperfusion. It showed that 5mg/kg of dexamethasone was the best dose. Larger doses than 5mg/kg could not increase flap survival rates. Conclusion Dexamethasone could ameliorate island ischemic|reperfusion injury by venous occlusion. ;
