In this paper, an effective approach and an optimal control algorithm to design of the linear servomechanism of multivariable time-varying systems with time-delay are presented by using the block-pulse functions and the method of the parameter optimization. The results of simulation show that this approach and algorithm arc simple and applicable to designing a linear scrvomechanism of Lime-varying systems with time-delay.
