摘要
本文采用离子色谱法测定矿泉水样品中的锶 ,选择 2 0mmol/L甲磺酸作为淋洗液 ,流速 0 .6 0ml/min。本法线性范围大于 0 .0 0 5 - 13.0mg/L ,相关系数大于 0 .9999,最低检出限为 0 .0 0 10 2mg/L ,相对标准偏差小于 1.0 % ,加标回收率为 96 % - 10 9%。与国标法进行了对比实验 ,两法在测定结果上无显著性差别。本文还进行了钙离子及pH值的干扰试验。结果表明本法操作简单 ,受干扰因素小 ,灵敏度高 ,线性范围宽 ,不失为一种较好的测定方法。
An ion chromatographic method was described for the det er mination of strontium and other cations such as lithium, sodium, potassium, ammo nium and calcium in mineral waters. Cations were separated by eluent of 20mmol/L methanesulfonic acid with autoregeneration, and velocity of flow was 0.6ml/min. The method has showed broad linear range and good correlativity (r£3/40.9999).The detection limit reached 0.00102mg/l. The precision and accuracy were good, whic h RSD was £1/41.0%. The average recoveries rates were between 96% and 109%. Compar ed with the results by S, this method shows no remarkable difference. Interfer ential factors cuch as calcium and acidity were also studied in this article. It was showed that this method was simple and easy to handle, and interferential f actors were less, sensitivity was high, It was a good method to determinate stro ntium.
