摘要
目的 研究非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤的临床特征以利早期诊断、治疗及改善预后。方法 对 1997年 2月～ 2 0 0 0年 5月我院收治10 2例非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤进行临床病理分析。结果 10 2例非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤均经病理检查证明实。首发部位中 ,浅表淋巴结5 4例 ,深部淋巴结 9例 ,结外器官 39例。确诊时累及部位 :浅表淋巴结 81例 ,深部淋巴结 2 5例 ,结外器官 10 4例。Ⅰ期 15例 ,Ⅱ期17例 ,Ⅲ期 32例 ,Ⅳ期 38例。A组 72例 ,B组 30例。并发第二癌 6例。结论 非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤除可侵犯淋巴结外 ,还可侵犯全身各部位。确诊主要依据病理组织学检查。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) for it diagnosis and treatment in early stage and for improving prognosis.Methods 102 cases of NHL were treated in our hospital from February 1997 to May 2000,and a total of data were analyzed.Results 102 cases with NHL were pathologically diagnosed.In the first attaek location,54 cases were of peripheral lymph nodes,9 cases of deep lymph nodes and 39 cases of nonlymph nodes organs.There were 81 cases with enlargement of peripheral lymph nodes,25 cases with deep lymph nodes,and 104 cases with non-lymph nodes organs when the disease was diagnosed correctly.There were 15 cases belonging to stageⅠ,17 cases to stageⅡ,32 cases to stage Ⅲ,and 38 cases to stage Ⅳ,72 cases and 30 cases belonging to subtype A and subtype B respectively.There were 6 cases with recurrent cancer.Conclusions The enlargment of peripheral lymph nodes is the main clinical characteristic in NHL,but lesions also involve different organs and tissues.The diagnosis of NHL depends upon pathological examination.
