摘要
结合低频轴向振动钻削 ,对麻花钻工作角度的变化规律进行了系统的分析研究 ,给出了各切削刃工作角度的理论计算公式。结果表明 ,振动参数取 :a=( 1~ 2 ) s,f/ n=2 .1 2 5~2 .2 5时 ,可使麻花钻各切削刃在工作前角较大的情况下进行切削 ,在工作前角较小的情况下空切 ,从而使排屑顺利 ,主切削刃后刀面磨损趋于均匀 ,与普通钻削相比 ,耐用度提高
A systematic analytical study is made of the changing regulations of working angles of the twist drill in combination with the axial vibration drilling with low frequency; and at the same time, the theoretical calculation formula for the working angles of each cutting edge are given in this paper. The results indicate that when a=(1-2)s, f/n=2.125~2.25 are taken as the vibration paramenters, each cutting edge of twist drill can do cutting in the case of larger working angles but non cutting in the case of small working angles, thereby removing the chips smoothly. Accordingly, the flank wear of the main cutting edge tends to be even, and in comparision with the conventional drilling, its toll tolerance degree can be more than doubled.
