摘要
介绍了混凝土在施工阶段出现的裂缝问题 ,裂缝的类型与产生的原因。叙述了泵送混凝土在施工中防止裂缝的措施和方法 ,结合山西省体委科研测试中心工程泵送施工中 ,在材料、配合比、浇注、养护等方面严格把关 ,采取了合理措施 ,有效地避免了泵送混凝土出现早期裂缝 ,该工程未发现肉眼可见裂缝。
In this paper, the writer introduces crack problems of concrete produc ing in the stage of construction, types of cracks and producing reasons, and rec ounts measures and methods preventing pumping concrete cracks in construction. C ombining scientific research testing centre project of Shanxi commission for phy sical culture and sports, in pumping concrete construction, check on strictly in some aspects such as material, mixing ratio, pouring and maintenance, reasonabl e measures are taken to avoid effectively early cracks producing in pumping conc rete. Visible cracks aren't found in the project.
