摘要
文章论述了财务管理信息系统在整个港口管理信息系统中的作用和地位,认为财务管理信息系统是整个系统中的核心和支柱部份,应当采用由里向外的策略首先开发;在简要讨论财务模型的指导作用和结构之后,文章深入展开了财务管理信息系统的开发过程,给出了一个由数据库模式和处理模式组成的实际财务模型,以及该模型从概念层、逻辑层向物理层的演化过程。最后还讨论了系统正式投产前系统维护的性质,认为它是系统开发的一部份。此外,文章介招了一个按照上述模型建造的实际系统。
This paper discusses the function and position of the finanical management information system(FMIS)n thewhole port management information system(PMIS),anol suggests that FMIS,as the core and mainstay,should be developed first of all according to the inside—out stratgy.After discussing birefly the roles and structures of the financial management model(FMM),the paper makes a thorough investigation about,the construction of FMIS,and shows an actual FMM consisting of DB schemas and process motheds as well as its evolution process of that model from conceptual level through logical level resulting in physical schemas.Finally, the paper asserts that the task of system maintenance is an important part of system developments.Besides,it introduces. an actual PFMIS based on above model.
