摘要
国际共运一百多年来形成的思维定式和习惯做法是造成农民负担问题的一个重要原因。马克思恩格斯重视农民问题 ,但从无产阶级革命的角度提出问题 ,容易产生误解和歧义 ,形成对农民认识上的偏差。加上实践中的教训 ,强化了农民落后的一面。社会主义制度建立后 ,由于第一个社会主义国家的特殊经历及认识上的偏差 ,对农民的偏见合法化、固定化 ,形成了一种恶劣的先例和传统 ,并扩张到所有社会主义国家。今天条件已经发生了重大变化 ,必须辩证地而不是教条地理解马克思主义关于农民问题的基本理论 ,重新认识农民 ,从根本上解决农民负担问题。
One of the important factors having caused the problem of farmers' burden lies in the thought pattern and the customary ways which have taken shape from the international communist movement during more than 100 years.Although Marx and Engles paid attention to the problem of farmers' burden,it's easy to cause mistakes,differences and deviation to farmers' recognition.In addition,the lessons from the practice also strengthen the aspect of farmers' backwardness.After the foundation of socialist system,the first socialist country's special experiences and coguizant deviation have made farmers' prejudices legalized and stabilized.It has formed a disgusting precedent and tradition,which has extended all the socialist countires. Nowadays, the enviroment has taken great changes,we must understand Marxist basic methods of farmers' burden problem dialectically, not dogmatically,re-recognize farmers' and settle the problem of farmers' burden essentially.
