摘要
培养高师女生良好的个性心理品质 ,是师范院校教育工作者所面临的一个重要课题。本文针对高师女生在个性心理品质上存在的不足 ,提出要从自信心、性格、思维能力以及心理承受力等方面 ,加强教育培养。
The education of superior personality of female students in normal colleges is a task facing all the educators .This paper ,according to the personality defects of the female students in normal colleges,puts forward the ways of education and cultivation of their confidence,personality,thinking ability and psycho-perssure bearing.
