摘要
将重庆地区分离鉴定的 2株鸭疫里氏杆菌培养、灭活 ,加入佐剂制成蜂胶、氢氧化铝和油乳剂灭活疫苗 ,分别免疫5日龄雏鸭。结果表明疫苗是安全的 ,经一次免疫后 10天的保护率分别是 70 %、5 0 %、75 % ,15天后的免疫保护率分别是80 %、75 %、10 0 % ;经 2次免疫后 7天的保护率分别是 10 0 %、10 0 %、89% ,10天后的保护率均达到 10 0 %。
strains of RA(Riemerella anapestifer)isolated from the dead young ducks in Chongqing.RA were cultivated with the developed yeast soap.The number of RA reached 5.0_20×10 10 CFU/ml.RA were inactivated by HCHO and mixed with the proplis,AI(OH) 3,oil emulsion vaccines were developed and compared.The 5_day_old ducks were immunized with the inactivated vaccines.The results showed that the vaccines were safe to the young ducks.After 10 days,the vaccined ducks obtained 70%,50%and 75% protective efficacy respectively.After 15 days,the protective rates were 80%,75% and 100% respectively.After 7 days of scondary immunization,the ducks obtained 100%,100% and 89% protective efficacy respectively.After 10 days of scondary immunization the propective rates of all immunized ducks were 100%.
