摘要
分析 1 4 9例老年人 (设非肾虚组、肾气虚组、肾阴虚组、肾阳虚组 ) T细胞亚群水平变化 ,发现老年人特别是肾虚老年人 CD3 、CD4 显著降低 ,CD8显著升高 ,CD4 /CD8显著降低 ,T细胞免疫功能低下 ,并呈肾气虚、肾阴虚、肾阳虚渐重趋势。提示肾虚、衰老、T细胞免疫功能三者关系密切。
The changes of T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed in 149 cases of the aged which were divided into deficiency QI kidney group(A),kidney YIN deficiency group(B),kidney YANG deficiency group(C) and the normal aged control group(D). The results showed that the values of CD\-3,CD\-4 for the aged,especially for whom had deficiency of the kidney,were obviously decreased,CD\-8 increased,CD\-4/CD\-8 decreased.And low immunological functions of T cell were gradually serious from A,B to C group.It indicates that there has close relationship among dificiency of kidney,aging,immunological functions of T cell.
