风险投资的最大特点是创造一种风险投资机制来承认、识别和分担风险 .文中分析了风险投资存在的技术风险、市场风险、资金风险、管理风险和环境风险等风险类型 。
The main characteristic of adventure investment is to create an adventure investing mechanism to admit,identify and share risks.This article systematically analyses the technological,marketing,capital,managing and environmental risks and so on that go with adventure-investing,then puts forward a series of measures to share the risk.
