摘要
嗜酸细胞是粒细胞系统中的重要组成部分,成熟的嗜酸细胞在外周血中占全身嗜酸细胞总数的1%左右,大部分存在于骨髓和组织中.正常人循环血液中嗜酸细胞小于0.5×109/L,嗜酸细胞具有吞噬作用和一系列的免疫功能.研究发现,很多疾病与外周血嗜酸细胞增多有关.
The eosinophil is a very important part in the formation of granulous cell system.The amount of mature eosinophil in peripheral blood occupies 1% of that in whole body,mostly exist in bone marrow and hemoppoietic is sue.The eosinophil in the circulating blood of a normal body is less than 0.5×10 9/L.The eosinophil has phagocytosis and a series of immune functions.The research shows that the increase of the eosinophil in peripheral blood has been found in many diseases.
