摘要
本文取62例胚胎耳廓切片,用组织学和组织化学方法染色。光镜观察,测量单位面积的耳廓软骨细胞数。7周胚耳廓尚未形成。12用耳廓各部结构均己出现。耳廓软骨细胞密度,随胎龄增长而下降。耳廓各部结构的PAS 反应均为阳性,并含有GAG。郎格罕细胞含ACP。
This article reports observations on sections from 62 human fetal
auriculae.The sections were first stained by the histological method and then
observed with LM,and the number of cells per unit area in the auricular cartil-
age was determined.When the fetal age was 7 weeks the auricula was not for-
med.Daring the 12th week structures of the auricula was formed.The densi-
ty of cells in the auricular cartilage decreased with the age of the fetus.PAS
reaction was positive and GAG was found in the structures of the auricula,the
Langerhans' cells contained ACP.
