摘要
目的探讨血管性痴呆(VD)学习记忆障碍的神经病理机制。方法建立VD动物模型,以Y型电迷宫和Morris水迷宫检测大鼠的学习记忆能力,应用透射电镜和形态计量学分析VD大鼠海马GrayⅠ型突触的突触界面结构参数的变化。结果VD大鼠海马CA1区GrayⅠ型突触的突触界面曲率、突触间隙宽度、突触后致密物厚度均比假手术对照组明显减小。结论VD大鼠学习记忆障碍与其海马CA1区GrayⅠ型突触的界面结构参数的变化密切相关。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of learning and memory disturbance in vascular dementia.Method Using the method of permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries of rats,we established the animal vascular dementic models .Rats were tested by Y-type maze and Morris water maze.The changs of the hippocampal synaptic interface structural parameters were studied with electron microscope and morphmetric analysis.Result The curvature of synaptic interface , the width of synaptic cleft and the thickness of postsynaptic density of Gray typeⅠin CA1 sector of hippocampus in vascular dementic rats were decreased.Conclusion The alterations of learning and memory behavior are closely associated with that of synaptic interface structural parameters of Gray typeⅠin CA1 sector of hippocampus in vascular dementic rats.
