摘要
观察偏痛散 (自拟方 )塞鼻治疗血管神经性头痛 64例的疗效。通过脑阻抗血流图(REG) 进行治疗前后的观察对比研究。结果 :发现对无先兆型和先兆型血管神经性头痛均有效。总有效率分别为 97.1 %和 83 .3 % ,REG的流入时间、波幅、转折高比值、重搏波、波型及幅波差均见明显的变化。结论
Objective:Effect of Piantong powder,which was prescribed by the author,on 64 cases of angioneurotic headache was observed.Methods:Comparative study was applied on REG data before and after treatment.Results:Piantong powder has effect both on no-sign angioneurotic headache and signal angioneurotic headache.Total effective rate was respectively 97.1% and 83.3%.REG's inflow time,amplitude,turning point height rate,repulse wave,wave type and amplitude dispatch all had obvious changes.Conclusions:Giving medicine through nose might be one of the most important approaches instead of all body therapy in angioneurotic headache treatment.
