摘要
目的 :观察逍遥胶囊的长期毒性。方法 :逍遥胶囊高、中、低剂量组按 1 8g/Kg、1 2 .4g/Kg、9g/Kg给SD大鼠灌胃 ,分别相当于临床用量的 1 0 0倍、80倍、50倍。给药 6周、1 2周和停药 4周后 ,分别检测各组大鼠的体重、血液学、生化学指标 ,测量心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、胸腺、子宫、睾丸等脏器系数 (脏器重量 /体重 )及对各脏器组织的病理学改变。结果 :各项指标均未见明显异常改变。结论 :长期口服逍遥胶囊安全无毒。
groups Sprague-Dawley rats had respectively been fed with distilled water and Ease Bolus in 18g/kg (high dosage),12.4g/kg(middle dosage),9g/kg(lower dosage) for 12 weeks ,the latter were respectively equal to 100 ,80 and 50 times clinical dosage.After 6,12 weeks and 4 weeks after discontinuation,all the body weight,hematological or biochemical index,both relative weight and pathological change of heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,brain,thymus gland,uterus and testis weretested.No toxicity reaction was met in this experiment study.The result suggested that Ease Bolus ,long-term orally administration is safe.
