摘要
本文阐述了轴类工件自动校直机的工作原理及其三个重要组成部分(自动检测、工件定位和压头驱动)的硬、软件设计。校直系统采用了电液伺服技术解决电气系统与液压系统的联接与配合问题。系统获得了较高的精度、快速性和抗干扰能力。
This paper expounded the operating principle of automatic straightening machine for a shaft workplace and the design of hardware and software for its three main parts. An electro-hydraulic servosystem was adopted to connect the hydraulic and electric systems.The system is possessed of some characters of higher measuring accuracy, fast speed, and high anti-interference performance.
