摘要
采用紫外分光光度法对太湖蓝藻提取液中的胰蛋白酶抑制剂进行了含量测定 ,测定的线性范围在 4～ 4 0 μg/mL .此法简单方便 。
Content of trypsin inhibitors in extracts of cyanobacterium from Taihu lake was determined by UV spectrophotometry in this paper. The linear range of determination method is 4～40 μg/ml. This method was simple and convenient with satisfactory precision and recovery.
