摘要
闽南近海尖头斜齿鲨 Scoliodon sorrakowah肝油的脂肪酸组成中，主要的饱和脂肪酸包括C14：0，C16：0，C18：0；单不饱和脂肪酸包括C16：1，C18：1ω9，C18：1ω7，C20：1；多不饱和脂肪酸包括C20：4ω6，C20：5ω3，C22：5ω3和C22：6ω3。尖头斜齿鲨肝油总饱和脂肪酸和总单不饱和脂肪酸含量在6月份降至最低值，8—9月升至最高值。总饱和脂肪酸的季节变化规律主要由C16：0决定，总单不饱和脂肪酸的变化主要由C16：1和C18：1ω9决定。总多不饱和脂肪酸含量在6月份达到最高值，8—9月降到最低值，11月份又上升至一定水平，这种变化主要由C22：6ω3决定。
Fatty acid composition and its seasonal variation in the liver oil of sharpheaddogfish (Scoliodon sorrakowah ) were studied in this paper. C14: 0, C16: 0 and C18: 0 were the major saturated fatty acids in each liver sample, Cl6: 1, C18: 19, C18: 17 and C20: 1 were the major monounsaturated fatty acids, and C20: 46, C20:53, C22: 53 and C22: 63 the major polyunsaturated fatty acids. The minimumcontents of both total saturated and total monounsaturated fatty acids occurred in Juneand the maximum contents in August and September. Seasonal change of total saturatedfatty acid content was mainly due to the variation of C16: 0 content, and that of totalmonounsaturated fatty acid content, the variations of both C16: 1 and C18: 19 con-tents. On the contrary, the highest content of total polyunsaturated fatty acids (PU-FA) was observed in June, and decreased towards minima in August and September,and then increased again in November to a certain level. Seasonal change of total PUFAcontent was mainly due to the variation of C22: 63 content.
