真胃灌注熟玉米面对单一羊草日粮下肉牛营养物质消化、能量利用及血糖浓度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了真胃灌注不同水平熟玉米面对单一羊草日粮下肉牛营养物质消化、能量利用及血糖浓度的影响。试验按4×4拉丁方设计 ,4头成年肉牛按1.2倍维持能量饲养水平供给羊草 ,在此基础上由真胃灌注4个水平的熟玉米面其间淀粉含量分别为0、300、600和900g/d。结果如下 :真胃灌注淀粉量300、600和900g/d与对照组(0g/d)相比 ,沉积氮和可消化氮转化为沉积氮(RN/DN)均有显著或极显著的提高(P<0.05,P<0.01) ;真胃灌注玉米淀粉量分别为300、600和900g/d时淀粉的瘤胃后消化率分别为71.36 %、80.27 %和64.71 % ,表明真胃灌注淀粉量超过600g/d时淀粉的瘤胃后消化率会明显下降 ;真胃灌注玉米淀粉量300、600和900g/d与对照组相比 ,净能沉积(NEg,MJ/d)均有显著性提高(P<0.05) ,代谢能转化为体增重的效率(Kf)分别提高了38.31 %(P<0.05)、73.18 %(P<0.05)和67.06 %(P<0.05)。Kf值与真胃灌注淀粉量(X,g/d)呈曲线相关 ,回归方程为 :Kf( %)=36.1605X0.0760,n=4,r=0.9308。随着真胃灌注淀粉量增加 。 A experiment was conducted to estimate the effect of different infusion levels of cooked corn meal on nutrient digestion,energy metabolism and blood glucose concentration of beef cattles.Four mature steers with permanent rumen and abomasum cannulas according to a 4×4 Latin square design were fed Chinese wildrye diet(1.2 of feeding level) as the basic diet.The levels of starch from cooked corn abomasally infused were 0,300,600 and 900 g/d,respectively.The results were as follows:compared with the control group(0/d),nitrogen retention(RN,g/d) and nitrogen retention/digestible nitrogen(RN/DN,%)in daily 300,600,900g groups increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The postruminal digestion of starch in those three groups was 71.36%,80.27% and 64.71%,respectively.When the amount of starch was more than 600g/d,the postruminal digestion of cooked corn starch decreased.Compared with control group,net energy gain(NEg,MJ/d) in those groups raised significantly(P<0.05),the rate of metabolizable energy converted into body weight(Kf,%)increased by 38.81%(P<0.05),73.18% and 67.06%.Kf(%) has a curve relationship to the levels of cooked corn starch abomasally infused(g/d,X) and the equation is Kf(%)=36.1605X0.0760,n=4,r=0.9308.When the amount of infused cooked corn starch increased,the concentration of blood glucose raised,too.
