摘要
对慈竹纸浆中杂细胞进行厌氧消化处理 ,结果表明 ,TS去除率达 6 8 6 4% ,原料产气率 2 99 9mL/gTS ,日均产气率 4 998mL/ ( gTS·d) ,池容产气率 0 32 2 4m3 / (m3 ·d) ,CH4 含量 6 4%。对发酵上清液进一步处理结果为 :COD去除率 5 3 6 9% ,CH4 含量 6 7% ,N、P去除微弱。在此基础上 。
A batch anaerobic digestion was used to treat Parenchyma Cell of bamboo. The result shows: TS removal rate reaches 68 64%, the gas production rate of raw material 299 9mL/gTS, the rate of gas production 0 3224m 3/m 3 slurry a day. After 60 days operation, the content of CH 4 in the biogas is 64%. Effluent water from the improved UASB digester was digested in the multi grade anaerobic digester. The results are: average COD removal rate reaches 53 69%, CH 4 content of biogas 67%, the rate of N and P removal low. Materials balance and COD utilization ratio is calculated based on the experimental results.
