摘要
目的 观察静脉留置套管针采血对葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)结果的影响。方法 采用自身对照法 ,对 6名志愿者同时用常规静脉穿刺采血法和静脉留置套管针采血 ,分别抽取空腹及口服葡萄糖后 30 ,6 0 ,12 0 ,180 min时静脉血各 30份 ,用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测血糖值。结果 两种静脉采血法检测 OGTT无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 静脉留置套管针采血做 OGTT可以取代常规的 5次静脉穿刺采血法 。
Objective To investigate the influence of blood sampling with puncture trocar (INTIMA) indwelling in veins on oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Methods 30 blood samples were drawn from 6 volunteers at fasting state and at 30, 60, 120 and 180 min after oral administration of glucose by using both routine venipuncture method and puncture trocar indwelling in veins. GOTT measurements using glucose oxidase were compared. Results There was no significant difference in GOTT measurement between the two methods. Conclusion To avoid repeated venous punctures (5 times) and alleviate pain of patients, we suggest using puncture trocar indwelling in veins instead of routine venipuncture in blood sampling.
