摘要
目的探讨髋臼后壁骨折治疗中的有关问题，提高治疗效果。方法分析１３例手术治疗的临床资料。结果１１例早期手术疗效优良，２例陈旧性损伤疗效差。结论髋臼后壁骨折早期切开复位内固定可获较好疗效。对合并股骨头后脱位同时关节内有游离碎骨者，不宜手法整复脱位。
Objective To discuss related problems encountered in treating posterior acetabular fractures in order to improve clinical results. Methods 13 cases of posterior acetabular fractures treated surgically with average follow up of 2 years were reviewed. Results 11 patients treated by early open reduction had an excellent or good results. 2 old fracture dislocations of the posterior wall had a poor result though operated. Conclusions Early open reduction and restoration of stability by internal fixation of the posterior wall fracture can produce satisfactory clinical results. Manual reduction must be avoided for those of posterior fracture dislocations with loose fragments within the joint and primary open reduction and removal of all intraarticular fragments should be carried out as soon as possible.
