摘要
在不同时间测定34只兔的脊髓和血液MDA,研究脊髓损伤和UBI治疗的脂质过氧化变化。结果发现,脊髓MDA是血液MDA的8倍,正常情况下脊髓MDA不受UBI影响。脊髓损伤后2h~2d骤然升高,3d~12d降低,但仍高于正常。UBI疗效非常显著,3d~12d已经正常或接近正常。血液MDA脊髓损伤后上升,但其升降幅度远不如脊髓MDA,UBI也未使其下降。实验提示,脊髓MDA能比较客观地反映脊髓局部的脂质过氧化,而血液MDA只能作为参数。UBI可以减轻继发性损伤中自由基介导的脂质过氧化,保护脊髓细胞和亚细胞的膜脂结构,达到恢复功能的目的。
The spinal cord and blood malonaldedehyde(MDA) concentrations of 34 rabbits were measured during varying time,and the changes of lipid peroxidation (LPO) of spinal cord injuries and curative effect UBI were researched. The results showed that the spinal cord MQA was 8 times as much as the blood MDA and was not affected by UBI under the nomal condition, the spinal cord MDA, after the spinal cord had been injurkd.suddenly raised in the second hour—second dajsand then declined in the third—twelfth day,but they were still higher than the normal level. The curative effect of UBI were verv much obvious. The spinal cord MDA had reached or approached the normal level in the third—twelfth day. After the spinal cord in rabbit had been injuried, the blood MDA raised, but its extent of rise and fall were not more clear than the spinal cord MDA. The blood MDA treated by UBI did not declined. The experiment point out that the spinal cord MDA can reflect more objectively the LPO of the local spinal cord and the blood MDA can only be consulted in the clinic. We believe that the UBI can decrease the LPO of spinal cord caused by free radical in secondary injuries, protect the cellular and subcellular structure containing membranous ester from LPO and achieve recoverv from injuries.
