摘要
探讨了掺加大量废旧泡沫塑料和粉煤灰制备屋面隔热防水材料的可行性及其经济、社会意义。初步工程实验表明 ,以占体积70 %以上的废旧泡沫塑料和占质量80 %以上的粉煤灰可以制成良好的整体屋面隔热防水材料。该材料具有良好的隔热性、不渗漏性和耐久性 ,可取代传统的隔热层 +防水层 +保护层的3层结构 ,在保证各项性能均有大幅度提高的前提下 ,其总造价可下降10 %~30 %
The feasibility of making thermal insulating and waterproof material from fly ash and abandoned plastic foams is discussed. The significance of economic and social benefits is also demonstrated. The primary engineering experiments show that thermal insulating and waterproof material for building roofs with good properties can be produced. The material contains more than 70 % of abandoned plastic foams in volume and more than 80 % of fly ash in weight. The material has good properties in thermal insulating, impermeability and durability. The total cost of the product can be lower 10%~ 30 % with much better properties in comparison with the traditional thermal insulating layer+ waterproof layer+protecting layer roofs.
