摘要
资本运营是以资本效益为核心的经营活动 ,本质上是一种企业行为。然而 ,目前国有企业的资本运营 ,还面临政府干预、资本市场发育滞后、产权关系不清晰等几方面问题。因此 ,发展完整的市场体系、明确独立的法人主体、培育卓越的经营人员 ,成为改善宏观经济环境及微观基础的关键。
Capital running is a managing action of which nature is capital benefit.Its essence is a kind of enterprise behavior.But the state-owned enterprise capital running still faced some problems such as the government’s interference,undeveloped capital market and property rights confusion and so on.Thus developing a comprehensive market system,defining independent corporations as the main part and training outstanding managers is the key of what improve and perfect the macro-economic environment and micro-basis.
