摘要
采用微生物 (氧化亚铁硫杆菌 ,简称 TF菌 )法脱除烟气中的二氧化硫。在相同操作条件下 ,比较了传统的工业化方法稀硫酸吸收法 (千代田法 )与本法的优劣 ,研究了液气比、二氧化硫浓度、三价铁离子浓度等因素对吸收效率的影响 ;分析了脱硫反应前后吸收液 p H值、三价铁离子浓度的变化。研究结果表明 :适宜的液气比 (12 .5 L/Nm3以上 )、二氧化硫浓度 (10 0 0~ 5 0 0 0 ppm)和三价铁离子浓度 (0 .6 g/L以上 )能使该法具有较高 (>98% )的脱硫率。在常温常压操作条件下 ,微生物法的脱硫率远优于千代田法 。
In this paper,we adopted the micro organism method of TF bactefium (Thiobacillus Ferrooxidans)to get rid of SO 2 of flue gas.In the same operation condition,the traditional industrial method of the Diluted Sulfurous Acid Absorption was compared with our method.We researched the ratio of liquid and gas,the concentration of SO 2 and Fe 3+ etc.,and these factors affected the rate of desulfurization.We saw about pH and the concentration of Fe 3+ of the course of desulfurization reaction.According to this result,we discussed the feasibility of TF desulfurization.As a result,the feasible ratio of liquid and gas(>12.5L/Nm 3) and the concentration of SO 2(1000~5000ppm)and Fe 3+ (>0.6g/L);the rate of desulfurization>98%.We proved that the method of TF desufurization is better than that of the method of Diluted Sulfurous Acid Absorption.This method is worthy of certain industry value.
