摘要 利用LCpro+便携式植物光合测量系统对马蓝的光合特性日变化及其光合—光响应曲线进行研究.结果表明:日变化测定中,7月份马蓝的净光合速率表现出了午休现象,而10月份未表现出明显的午休现象,7月份马蓝净光合速率总值明显低于10月份的净光合速率总值;光响应测定中,7月份马蓝的表观量子效率为0.0289,光补偿点为21.666μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为977.438μmol·m-2·s-1;10月份马蓝的表观量子效率为0.037,光补偿点为15.034μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为865.505μmol·m-2·s-1.因此,10月份比7月份更适宜马蓝的生长. The experiment was conducted to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Strobilanthes cusia (Nees) Ktze by LCpre +Photosynthesis System. In the diurnal variation determination of S. cus/a (Nees) Ktze, the results showed that the net photosyntheticrate in July exhibited a siesta phenomenon, while in October it had not shown the obvious siesta phenomenon; And the gross netphotosynthetic rate of a day in July was significantly lower than the gross in October. In the photoresponse determination of S. cus/a(Nees) Ktze, the apparent quantum yield in July was 0.0289; Light compensation point was 21.666 μmol·m-2·s-1, and lightsaturation point was 977.438 μmol·m-2·s-1. While in October, apparent quantum yield was 0.037, Light compensation pointwas 15.034 μmol·m-2·s-1, and light saturation point was 865.505 μmol·m-2·s-1. Therefore, in October it was more suit-able for the growth of S. cus/a (Nees) Ktze than in July.
