摘要
目的探讨饮食因素干预在社区人群冠心病预防中的重要性。方法选取840例既往无冠心病的社区老年居民,按照随机分组划分为观察组和对照组各420例。对观察组给予预防冠心病相关的饮食教育和干预,对照组无干预措施,对所有受试者随访2年,观察对比两组老年人冠心病的发病率,严格控制膳食达标率以及检测指标(血压、血糖、血脂)的达标率。结果观察组新增冠心病人数11人,冠心病发病率2.62%,对照组新增冠心病人数45人,冠心病发病率10.71%,观察组新增冠心病人数及发病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组符合严格控制膳食的有200人,严格控制膳食达标率47.62%;对照组符合严格控制膳食的有83人,严格控制膳食达标率为19.76%;观察组严格控制膳食达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血压、血糖、血脂检测指标的达标率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对社区老年人群进行冠心病相关的饮食预防干预措施和健康教育,可有效控制冠心病发病率,提高严格控制膳食达标率以及检测指标达标率。
Objective To investigate the importance of dietary factors on the prevention of coronary heart dis-ease .Methods A total of 840 elderly residents without coronary heart disease history were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly ,with 420 in each group .The observation group received diet-ary education and intervention related to the prevention of coronary heart disease ,while the control group did not receive such interventions .After a follow-up of 2 years ,new cases and prevalence of coronary heart disease ,control rates of dietary ,and other indexes （BP ,GLU ,blood fat） were observed and compared between the two groups . Results The observation group had 11 new cases ,with the prevalence being 2 .62% ;the control group had 45 new cases ,with prevalence being 10 .71% ;there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） .47 .62%（200/420） residents in the observation group ,and 19 .76% （83/420） residents in the control group strictly controlled dietary ;there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0 .05） .The other indexes （BP ,GLU ,blood fat） in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group （P〈0 .05） .Conclusions The prevalence of coronary heart disease among elderly residents could be effectively controlled by dietary prevention and health education ,which could improve the control rates of dietary and other indexes .
