摘要
文章依据特色产业定义、特征以及西藏地区实际的工业发展状况,构建了西藏地区特色工业选取指标体系。依据这些指标体系,利用因子分析法,选取了"饮料制造业"、"有色金属矿采选业"、"医药制造业"等6个产业作为西藏地区的特色工业。从合理利用政府宏观调控功能,提高特色产业的成长性;强化特色工业的高原特色与民族特色;注重特色工业的科技创新,实现产业的集约化发展;强化生态环境保护,提升产业的绿色竞争力等方面提出了相应的培育策略。
Based on the definition and characteristics of a featured industry as well as the situation of industrial development in Tibet, a selection indicator system is designed for the featured industries in Tibet. With this system and factor analysis, 6 industries are selected as the featured industries of Tibet, they are beverage manufacturing industry, non-ferrous metal ores mining industry, pharmaceutical industry and three others. Furthermore, in this article some development strategies are proposed, such as： improving the industries＇ growth potential through the rational use of governmental macro regulating function; Strengthening the plateau characteristics and national features of the featured industries, etc.
