体育教师文化资本的作用及其建构——布迪厄文化资本理论的启示 被引量:16

摘要 文化资本是影响个人行动能力以及生活质量的重要文化资源,用文化资本理论审视体育教师文化资本在学校体育教育中的作用有着重要的方法论意义。学校场域中的体育教师拥有丰富的文化资本对于优化体育教师群体,促进体育教师自我发展,完成学校体育教学任务,实现学校体育教学目标都会有其积极的现实意义。因此,构建体育教师的文化资本应该引起教育行政部门、各学校管理者和广大体育教师的足够重视。立足于布迪厄文化资本的解释力视角,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和归纳分析法等研究方法,揭示当下体育教师文化资本存量缺乏主要表现在文化能力欠缺、文化产品匮乏、文化程度偏低等方面,并在此基础上提出有效建构体育教师文化资本需要从提高身体化形态文化资本、客观形态文化资本和制度形态文化资本等方面入手。 Culture capital is an important culture resource which will affect individual's action ability and life quality. Using culture capital theory to survey the function of physical education teachers' cuhure capital in school physical education has important methodology meaning. Physical education teachers have rich cultural capital which can optimize physical education teacher group, promote the personal development of physical education teacher, finish school physical teaching task, and achieve school physical teaching goal. Therefore, education administrative department, school administrators and broad physical education teachers should give enough notice to construct culture capital of physical education teacher. Based on Pierre Bourdieus' euhure capital theory ,this paper exposed that current physical education teachers are lack of culture capital by methods of literature review, questionnaire and cluster analysis. The lack of cuhure capital is mainly reflected in the following: weak of culture ability, deprivation of culture product, and low degree of culture level. This study pointed out that constructing physical education teachers' culture capital effectively should start with improved body form,objective form and system form.
