摘要
目的:探讨炎琥宁联合中药复方治疗手足口病(HFMD)的疗效观察。方法:选取我院2012年8月-2013年8月64例手足口病患儿随机分为两组。治疗组32例应用炎琥宁加中药复方治疗,对照组常规给予病毒唑治疗。观察:观察两组治疗前后体温、疱疹、血常规变化等。结果:观察组临床症状和体征消退时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁联合中药复方治疗手足口病疗效确切,见效快,无毒副作用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yanhu Ning plus TCM medicine on treating hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given Yanhu Ning plus TCM medicine, control group was given routine ribavirin treatment. Results： Clinical symptoms and signs subsiding time in treatment group were obviously shorter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yanhu Ning plus TCM medicine have confirmed and quick effects, non-toxic side effects.
