摘要
研究了 4种催化剂对柳酸与异戊醇反应生成柳酸异戊酯的催化效果 ,得到了甲基苯磺酸催化合成柳酸异戊酯的优化反应条件 :x〔n( C7H6 O3)〕:x〔n( C5 H1 1 OH)〕=1∶ 1 .8,催化剂用量 w =5% ,反应温度1 2 0～ 1 4 0℃ ,反应时间 5～ 6h,酯化率达 97% .
The improved process for preparing ester of salicylic acid and 2 methyl butanol was reported.The resarch result showed that TSA(toluene sulphonic acid)has the best catalytic effect on the reaction among four catalysts and the optimum reaction conditions for product are as follows:The molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 1∶1.8,the amount of TSA is about 5% upon acid weight charged in the reaction,the reaction temperature is at 120～140℃,and the time is 5～6h,so the yield is above 97%.
