摘要
目的观察复方杠板归胶囊对雌性小鼠的急性毒性。方法小鼠单次灌胃给药进行急性毒性预实验,观察一般状况和死亡情况,无死亡,则不能求出半数致死量,采用1天内最大浓度和最大体积的药量灌胃,连续观察14 d,测其最大给药量。结果小鼠单次灌胃给予复方杠板归胶囊,经预实验提示LD50无法测出,故进行最大给药量实验,小鼠灌胃给药的最大给药量为32.8g/kg(相当于生药262.72g/kg),为临床人推荐用量的400倍。结论复方杠板归胶囊对小鼠急性毒性甚低。
Objective To observe acute toxicity of compound Polygonum perfoliatum capsule in female mice. Methods The mice were given compound Polygonum peoroliatum capsule with single dose and the death rate and general states of the mice were ob- served to evaluate the pre -experiment of acute toxicity. If there were no death in mice,the median lethal dose （LDs0） can not be calculated. Thus the mice were given the maximum concentration and the maximum volume drug,and were observed for 14 days. Results The LD50 can not be calculated in the pre - experiment of acute toxicity, so the maximum dosage experiment was carried. The maximum dosage of mouse lavage administration was 32.8g/kg （ crude drug 262.72g/kg） , corresponding to 400 times of hu- man clinical equivalent dosage. Conclusion The acute toxicity of compound Polygonum pe（foliatum capsule was extremely lower in mice.
