摘要
以莆田学院教师为研究对象,对教师社会资本的性别、年龄、职称进行显著性分析,以及了解教师社会资本对科研的影响。结果表明只有性别变量对教师社会资本有显著差异,主要是性别对亲缘关系有显著性影响,从而影响社会资本存量;同时显示社会资本存量的高低会影响科研成果,但具体各亲缘关系、友缘关系、业缘关系对科研成果影响不显著。
This article takes Putian U niversity teachers as the research object. The paper analyzes the significance of gender, age and title and the influence of teachers＆#39; social capital on scientific research. The results show that only gender variables have significant differences on teachers＆#39; social capital.It is m ainly that gender has a significant effect on kinship w hich thus affects the stock of social capital. It is also found that kinship, friendship, industry m argin relationships have no significant im pacts on the scientific research achievem ents.
