摘要
以莆田学院教师为研究对象,对教师社会资本的性别、年龄、职称进行显著性分析,以及了解教师社会资本对科研的影响。结果表明只有性别变量对教师社会资本有显著差异,主要是性别对亲缘关系有显著性影响,从而影响社会资本存量;同时显示社会资本存量的高低会影响科研成果,但具体各亲缘关系、友缘关系、业缘关系对科研成果影响不显著。
This article takes Putian U niversity teachers as the research object. The paper analyzes the significance of gender, age and title and the influence of teachers' social capital on scientific research. The results show that only gender variables have significant differences on teachers' social capital.It is m ainly that gender has a significant effect on kinship w hich thus affects the stock of social capital. It is also found that kinship, friendship, industry m argin relationships have no significant im pacts on the scientific research achievem ents.
