Summary by using the PcR technology of the homogeneous fluorescent probe lamp,this experiment examined the sputum from thd patient with tuber culosis. It turned out that by using the way of the homogeneous fluorescent examination,it improed the sensitivity and peculiar characteristic of the PcR examinations,and in the meanwhile,it simplified the steps of experiment,stopped the ways to increase the outcome pollution and the subjectivity of artificial observation of electrophoresis.
