摘要
碳纤维工业生产工艺指标的监测和控制是制备高质量碳纤维原丝的关键。为了实现在移动终端上的远程监测,开发了一套基于Android平台的碳纤维工业移动监测系统。该系统可以实现蓝牙通信、实时报警、数据监测、数据库存储和远程交互等功能。通过应用该移动监测系统可以降低监测人员的工作强度,提高监测水平。
Monitoring and controlling the technological indexes of the carbon industrial production is the key of preparation for high quality crude carbon fiber. In order to achieve remote monitoring on the mobile terminal, the mobile monitoring system is developed based on Android platform. The system implements functions of bluetooth communication, real time alarm, data monitoring, database storage and remote interaction, etc. Through applying this mobile monitoring system, the work intensity is reduced and the monitoring level is enhanced.
